* Associates degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
 * Skill in office functions including but not limited to computer operations.
 * Skill in organization, prioritization, and working independently.
 * Skill in communicating and working with others cooperatively
 * A driver's license as well as a qualifying criminal background check and driving record

## Description

People Incorporated is looking for a dynamic individual to join our IT team as a Desktop Support Specialist. This position is responsible for providing information technology support to the Agency., * Coordinate the installation of new computers and peripherals.

 * Replace desktop hardware as needed as well as basic laptop hardware.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and printer issues.
 * Remove virus, spyware, and malware as needed.
 * Install all software and hardware as required.
 * Restore Windows software.
 * Domain, Email & Intranet user setup and maintenance.
 * Set up equipment for special events.
 * Monitor and complete Agency IT Requests.
 * Responsible for moving equipment as necessary.
 * Maintain and run Network cabling as necessary.
