## About the Role

This is a Technical billing support position. Where you will be resolving the customers technical billing issues over chat & email. We are looking for someone who has 2 years of experience working with CDN ( Content Delivery Network) and DNS ( Domain Name System) tool.

 * High school diploma required.
 * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
 * 2+ years in customer-facing roles, preferably in technical support or customer service, with a focus on billing and registrar systems.
 * Experience researching and resolving client billing issues, including working with standard billing tools and payment platforms.
 * Strong analytical skills with the ability to present clear and actionable insights to customers.
 * Proficient in technical troubleshooting.
 * Familiarity with modern operating systems, such as MacOS.
 * Basic understanding of how the Internet and registrar systems work, including terminology related to CDN, DNS, and domain registration.
 * Proficiency in using ticketing systems like Salesforce Service Cloud or Zendesk.
 * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
 * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills across all organizational levels.
 * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
 * Proficiency with standard billing tools and payment platforms; experience with Stripe is preferred.
 * Familiarity with Atlassian Confluence.
 * Basic understanding and ability to use SQL queries.
 * Knowledge of financial and accounting terminology, such as bad debt, collectible invoices, sales tax, credits, and refunds., * Domain Name System: 2 years (Required)
 * Content Delivery Network: 2 years (Required)
