Are you passionate about solving complex problems, building impactful solutions, and helping clients get the most out of their Salesforce investment? At Modelit, we're looking for a Salesforce Developer (with Admin & Declarative Skills) - skilled in both declarative configuration and custom development - to join our team!

We're looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, technically skilled, and comfortable working directly with clients in a fast-paced, project-focused environment., * Proven experience as both a Salesforce Administrator and Developer.

 * Strong hands-on experience with Apex (classes, triggers) and Platform Events.
 * Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills across both configuration and code.
 * Proven skills in Salesforce declarative tools and development.
 * Excellent communication skills in English.
 * Ability to work independently and manage tasks within deadlines., * Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I or higher).
 * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

## Description

* Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and automation (Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, etc.).
 * Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and API integrations.
 * Design and implement event-driven solutions using Platform Events for real-time integrations and process automation.
 * Perform data imports/exports, deduplication, validation, and create actionable reports and dashboards.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, monitor system health, and proactively suggest improvements.
 * Maintain clear documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
 * Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define requirements, explain solutions, and provide training.
 * Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements to improve client environments.
