## About the Role

The Sr. Digital Designer (Campaigns) will create highly customized digital campaigns, primarily focused on email marketing. The role requires strong design skills combined with technical understanding to build personalized HTML email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience working with recognizable brands and delivering tailored digital content., * 4+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong focus on email campaigns.

 * Proficiency in creating custom HTML emails (understanding of coding principles, not necessarily coding).
 * Experience using Figma or Sketch for design creation.
 * Background in agency or in-house roles working with recognizable brands.
 * Ability to integrate personalized and dynamic content into email designs.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Sr. Digital Designer (Campaigns):

 * Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools.
 * Understanding of user experience principles in digital campaigns.
 * Experience working on campaigns for financial or loyalty programs.
 * Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Education Requirements:

 * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.

* Design and develop digital campaigns with a focus on email marketing.

 * Ensure designs meet brand standards and campaign goals.
 * Maintain awareness of digital design trends and best practices.
