The opportunity: * Salesforce Architecture & Technical Leadership * Provide overall technical direction for Salesforce implementations across multiple business domains and delivery teams. * Define and own the end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture, including application architecture, integration design, security model, data architecture, and platform standards. * Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions leveraging Lightning Experience, LWC, Apex, OmniStudio, Flows, and Salesforce Industry Cloud capabilities. * Establish technical governance, architecture review processes, development standards, coding best practices, and deployment strategies. * Lead architecture decisions for greenfield Salesforce implementations, Salesforce organization setup, and enterprise-wide Salesforce transformation initiatives. * Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Technology Leadership to ensure alignment with overall enterprise architecture standards.
