The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both HR personas and technical software engineers is an important and must-have skill., * Minimum 3-5 years of experience creating technical product documentation for a complex, data-centric platform or product suite. Must provide documentation samples. * Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with various stakeholders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. * Experience testing product functionality and documentation to ensure technical accuracy in your writing. * Proficiency in writing structured content that uses variables and metadata to serve context-sensitive material to unique audiences. * Excellent writing and grammatical skills; content is clear, succinct, and logical. * Grit; a sustained history of hard work and perseverance. * Curiosity; a bias to constantly question, dig deeper, and learn. * Customer empathy; an ability to understand the technical and conceptual challenges of users trying to learn a new technology, combined with a passion to empower those individuals with the right documentation and training materials to self-serve and be successful. * Collaborative; the ability to work with others, on and off our team, to achieve common goals.
