This role leads complex, cross-functional technical programs from discovery through implementation, aligning data, systems, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable capabilities for StreetEasy's marketing ecosystem. You will get to - Lead end-to-end technical programs for StreetEasy's MarTech platforms - Iterable, Hightouch, SparkPost, HubSpot - from requirements and planning through implementation, launch, and ongoing optimization. - Configure, integrate, and operate marketing technology platforms to enable centralized audience management, campaign execution, and reporting, including data contracts, event schemas, and reverse ETL sync cadences. - Design and manage data flows and ETL processes connecting marketing platforms to Databricks, Salesforce, and Airbyte, ensuring data quality, governance, and timely availability. - Coordinate cross-team delivery by aligning backlogs, sprint schedules, and release plans across marketing, engineering, data, and vendor teams, resolving dependencies and risks proactively. - Own the vendor relationships across these owned systems, overseeing our individual tool usage, budgets and evaluating the stack as a whole.
