Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling seven (7) years may substitute for the required education and experience. Employment Requirements Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License. Must obtain a Defensive Driving Certificate. The New Mexico Health Care Authority (HCA) is implementing a new Medicaid Enterprise System for the State of New Mexico, with newly deployed modules transitioning from project development into full operational status. To support the maintenance and operations of the New Mexico Medicaid Enterprise System, the IT Product Owner will: Proactively provide technical expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders; Collaborate with team members across IT and business units to resolve issues as they arise; Partner with business stakeholders to ensure system modules remain current and that appropriate procedures are consistently followed; Coordinate and communicate with vendors, contractors, and state and federal agencies to manage the operations and maintenance of assigned system modules; Share technical knowledge and subject matter expertise across the organization as needed.
