Preferred Experience & Certifications * Experience with hybrid cloud architectures and on-premises integration. * Experience relocating full software stacks and on-premises infrastructure into AWS cloud environments. * Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. * Exposure to FinOps, cloud cost governance, and optimization strategies. * Experience working with external vendors, partners, or offshore engineering teams. * Background in regulated industries (financial, healthcare, education, membership) is a plus. * Prior involvement in pre-sales engineering or proposal development. * AWS Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional (Required) * Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Required) Work Authorization * Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys shaping new offerings, and is motivated by the chance to influence the direction and success of a growing business., Cloud Architecture & Engineering * Design cloud architectures across AWS and Azure for applications, data platforms, and enterprise workloads. * Develop solution designs covering compute, storage, networking, identity, security, and integration patterns. * Support cloud migration initiatives using rehost, replat form, and refactor strategies. * Build and refine Landing Zones, identity models, and governance frameworks in both clouds. * Implement security best practices, compliance controls, and cost-optimization strategies. * Produce architecture diagrams, documentation, and technical specifications. * Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful deployment and operational readiness. * Evaluate cloud services, tools, and platforms to recommend optimal solutions. * Troubleshoot complex multi-cloud issues and provide technical guidance. Sales Support & Proposal Development * Partner with sales and business development teams to support pre-sales activities, including participating in client discovery calls and providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. * Contribute technical content for proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations. * Translate customer requirements into cloud solution architectures and scope statements. * Assist in estimating cloud project costs, timelines, and resource requirements. * Help develop standardized proposal templates, solution briefs, and technical collateral.
