This position provides administrative support across Human Resources, recruiting, payroll, office operations, bookkeeping, and entry-level accounting functions. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating with employees and managers, and eager to learn and grow within the organization., We are looking for someone who is professional, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent organization and attention to detail * Ability to handle confidential information appropriately * Strong time management and multitasking abilities * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook * Comfort working with spreadsheets and data entry * A positive attitude and willingness to learn HR and office systems * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications * Previous office, HR, recruiting, payroll, or administrative experience * Previous marketing experience is preferred * Experience with HRIS or payroll systems * Familiarity with onboarding, benefits, or employee documentation * Strong Excel or reporting experience, * Human resources: 1 year (Preferred) * Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred) ## Description As an HR/Admin Business Analyst, you will support the daily operations of our HR and administrative departments.
