## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in application support, or a related IT operations role
 * Experience in Dotnet with AWS background and experience
 * Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Datadog, Splunk)
 * Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks
 * Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced live broadcast environment

## Description

* Administer and maintain the platform, including user account management, rundown configuration, and system health monitoring
 * Serve as the primary point of contact for application incidents - triaging, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to client crashes, server connectivity, and version conflicts
 * Manage application version upgrades, coordinate testing cycles, and validate stable releases prior to deployment
 * Build and maintain monitoring dashboards and automated test suites to proactively detect and prevent system failures
 * Oversee integrations between the platform and third-party broadcast tools including graphics systems and media asset management platforms
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of system changes on end-to-end broadcast workflows
 * Support platform migration initiatives, including stakeholder training, compatibility validation, and transition planning
 * Provide after-hours and on-call support as needed to maintain broadcast uptime
