## Description

The Senior Technical Service Engineer has fundamentals knowledge on hydroprocessing units, catalysts and technologies. This also includes being familiar with the operation of hydroprocessing units., This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Technical Services Engineer located in Houston, TX. The Senior Technical Service will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with client's hydroprocessing units and use of proprietary models to help the data analysis of the catalyst's performance, unit operation, and predict any potential future catalysts replacements of these industrial plants.
Your responsibilities

 * Prepare technical proposals and reports for clients in close cooperation with Account Managers
 * Support troubleshooting cases.
 * Participate in internal training, knowledge sharing and technical meetings
 * Getting involved in development tasks
 * Advise clients on optimizing their operation and use of catalysts.
 * Participate in relevant conferences representing Topsoe.
 * Support bid process during technical-sales meetings.
 * Supervise catalyst loading and unit start-up.
 * Travel between up to 60-90 days per year which include on-site jobs and client visit with Account Manager.
