## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience in technology operations, IT support, or systems administration
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based applications
 * Working knowledge of networking and endpoint management
 * Experience with Toast, Restaurant365 (R365), or similar restaurant technology is highly preferred
 * Hospitality or multi-location business experience is a plus
 * Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

At Milkshake Concepts, great hospitality depends on great technology. We're looking for a Technology Operations Manager who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and supporting the technology behind our growing family of restaurants.

What You'll Do

 * Support technology across multiple restaurant concepts and locations
 * Maintain and troubleshoot Toast POS, Restaurant365 (R365), Microsoft 365, networking, and other business systems
 * Coordinate technology for new restaurant openings and remodels
 * Manage technology vendors, hardware, and equipment
 * Support networking, printers, handheld devices, and security systems
 * Improve processes, documentation, and technology standards
 * Partner with Operations and Leadership to identify smarter technology solutions
