Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10, 11) or willingness to learn. Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar productivity software. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and follow written procedures. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team. Work Environment Working environment and physical requirements of this position are those typical of an office setting and manufacturing environment. Position requires interaction with end-users at all levels. Physical Demands Ability to lift 40lbs ## Description The IT Systems Support position provides essential front-line support to Fisher Dynamics employees by assisting with IT helpdesk requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
