Advanced degree is a plus but not required * 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems, Data Platforms, or similar roles * Strong experience working with enterprise systems and their data models (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, product platforms) * Familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data lakes/warehouses * Experience working with data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and system integrations * Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data modeling concepts * Experience driving cross-functional alignment on ambiguous topics such as source-of-truth, data ownership, and system boundaries * Ability to translate complex data challenges into clear product direction and prioritization decisions * Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, defining vision while driving execution * Excellent analytical and both verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders * Experience with data cataloging, lineage, or observability tools is a strong plus * Experience supporting analytics, reporting, or AI-driven use cases is a strong plus * Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis ## Description This full-time position reports to the Director of Corporate Systems Product Management and can be located in our Bellevue, WA office, or you may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is a registered employer.
