Recommend hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades. * You will install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, workstations, related peripherals, and network connectivity. * You will maintain passwords and ensure data integrity and file system security for the end-user computing environment. * You will communicate highly technical information to other employees. * You contribute technical and procedural knowledge to the Knowledge Base. * You will take on projects and other duties as needed., An Equal Opportunity Employer.
