## About the Role

* 15-22 years of overall IT experience.
 * 8-10 years of Project/Program Management experience.
 * 5-10 years of hands-on experience in .NET, C#, and Microservices development.
 * 4-6 years of experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure Certification preferred).
 * Strong experience with MS SQL Server and .NET backend development.
 * Experience leading application development and modernization programs.
 * Expertise in stakeholder management, requirements management, delivery tracking, risk & dependency management.
 * Experience working with 6-7 client stakeholders (Business, Product Owner, Architect, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Leadership) within the same program.
 * 3-5 years of experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
 * Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred:

 * Experience in Higher Education, Healthcare, Research, or Large Enterprise environments.
 * PMP, Scrum, or Azure certifications are a plus.

## Description

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager with a strong background in .NET application development, Microsoft Azure, and enterprise application modernization. The ideal candidate should have transitioned from software development into project/program management and have experience leading large-scale application development projects in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
