* Certifications, Associates or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related experience strongly preferred.
 * 0-3 years of relevant experience.
 * Recent hands-on coding and software design.

## Description

A TQL Software Developer works with a team of engineering professionals to improve existing software or design new applications. As a software developer I, the job duties include coding software, working in an Agile environment, coordinating with Sr. Developers/Team Leads and working with other team members to ensure high quality deliverables., * Apply Agile/Scrum Methodology within the Systems Development Life Cycle; participate in scrum activities, develop within a cross-functional team environment, and release tested features within a planned iteration.

 * Learn and adapt to new or changing technologies, requirements, and processes.
 * Utilize Microsoft tools and technologies, Outlook, Visual Studio, IIS and Microsoft SQL Server.
 * Take initiative when given a task, drive towards solutions and seek assistance in a timely manner when appropriate.
