Skills and Abilities * Strong knowledge of integrated ERP systems and cross-functional workflows. * Familiarity with MES, PLM, and engineering systems. * Experience with databases, APIs, and integration frameworks. * Knowledge of IT governance, change management, and project planning. * Ability to manage fixes, enhancements, and an application project portfolio. * Ability to write clear technical documentation, business requirements, and workflow diagrams. * Strong presentation and communication skills across all organizational levels. * Proven ability to solve complex, multifaceted problems with limited standardization. * Ability to interpret instructions delivered verbally, in writing, or through diagrams. Travel and Physical Requirements * Less than 5% travel. * Role requires regular sitting, standing, communicating, and use of hands and arms. Occasional lifting, bending, or stooping up to 20 lbs. ## Description The Manager, Business Applications & Integrations leads the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of our core business systems, including ERP, Manufacturing Systems, Engineering Systems, and Enterprise Applications. This hands-on leadership role oversees a technical team, guides system roadmaps, drives cross-functional alignment, and ensures seamless, reliable integrations that support operations, finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering.
