Qualifications We Prefer: * Active and transferable TOP SECRET clearance. * Familiarity with satellite systems, communication systems, and evolving security technologies; with a strong desire to develop and enhance this knowledge. * Familiarity with cybersecurity, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and embedded cryptography; with a strong desire to develop and enhance this knowledge. * Experience in Cybersecurity, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and embedded cryptography. * Experience with National Security Agency (NSA) cryptographic certification. * Experience with Program Protection Plan (PPP) and Program Protection Implementation Plan (PPIP) required by DoDI 5000.2 and DoDI 5200.39. * Cybersecurity-related certifications (e.g., CISSP, Security Plus, etc.). * Self-starter requiring limited direction and minimal supervision. ## Description The Product Cybersecurity Engineering DoD East Massachusetts team is hiring a Principal Embedded Systems Security Engineer to support programs for our US military, keeping the world safe from foreign threats. Our goal is to align each new hire with a position that best suits their skills and allows for career growth. The ideal candidate will be skilled in requirement allocation and decomposition, analyzing system architectures, designing security features and principles, assessing security vulnerabilities (scanning), and formal cybersecurity test and evaluation (CT&E). The candidate will report to the Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Engineering and work collaboratively with cross-functional engineering teams on the program they support. This role will be worked onsite in Marlborough, MA. Relocation assistance is available. Requires an active and transferrable SECRET clearance.
