The ideal candidate has strong Windows troubleshooting skills and enjoys learning specialized software used for variable data printing, print automation, and mail processing. We provide training on our production systems, so we're looking for someone with a solid technical foundation and a willingness to learn., · Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve desktop computer issues independently. · Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel. · Comfortable working with Excel formulas, data manipulation, and importing/exporting data. · Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. · Excellent communication and customer service skills. · Ability to learn new software systems and business processes quickly. · Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment. Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience The following experience is a plus but not required-we're happy to train the right candidate: · Prior IT helpdesk or desktop support experience. · Any exposure to mail processing systems, postal compliance, or mail-related workflows. · Familiarity with PlanetPress, OL Connect, or similar print automation software. · Experience with VDP concepts or template design. · Exposure to database systems, scripting, automation, or systems integration. Preferred Candidate We're looking for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, is naturally curious about how systems work, and isn't afraid to dive into unfamiliar software. Experience with our print and mail systems is not expected-we can teach those. Strong desktop troubleshooting skills and the ability to learn quickly are what matter most. ## Description · Process mail jobs using BCC Mail Manager Full Service, including job setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. · Manage mail job workflows and ensure compliance with postal requirements. Variable Data Printing & Template Design · Create and maintain VDP templates in PlanetPress Design and OL Connect Design. · Support variable data printing projects and template optimization. Technical Support & IT Helpdesk · Provide first-level IT helpdesk support to staff and address technical issues. · Diagnose and resolve desktop computer issues including Windows, Microsoft Office, printers, email, network connectivity, and peripheral devices. · Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. · Track and document technical issues, resolutions, and recurring problems to improve support efficiency.
