## Description

We are seeking an IT Sales Executive to oversee the business aspects of our service and solutions division. This role involves strategic planning, client relationship management, and team leadership to ensure the division's success. Drive revenue growth by selling robotics and automation services, developing strategic B2B client relationships, and positioning the company as a trusted technology partner in the U.S. market., * Develop and execute the sales strategy for robotics and automation services.

 * Identify, prospect, and close B2B clients across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, retail, and hospitality.
 * Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
 * Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate revenue forecasts.
 * Work closely with engineering and delivery teams to create technically and commercially viable proposals.
 * Present robotics solutions, demos, and value propositions to decision-makers.
 * Negotiate pricing, contracts, MSAs, and SLAs.
 * Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging automation technologies.
 * Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.
 * Ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. commercial practices.
