You will guide production-ready research, partner with engineering and product, and directly influence advertiser ROAS and new-to-brand growth. You will mentor researchers, run large-scale experiments, and push the boundaries of optimization science at Amazon scale. This is a rare charter to shape core algorithms from prototype to production and drive measurable outcomes for advertisers and shoppers.
