## Description

Experteer Overview In this role, you will architect, develop, and maintain mission-critical software for a DoD program, delivering scalable, secure systems. You'll lead technical directions in a SAFe/Agile setting and mentor junior developers to raise the team's capability. You will work across front-end and back-end stacks, focusing on high-performance microservices and real-time features. The opportunity combines hands-on coding with technical leadership in a stable, employee-focused environment with career growth. You'll contribute to impactful projects that require disciplined engineering and strong collaboration to meet DoD requirements.
