You will align hardware architecture with product goals, manufacturability, and regulatory needs, working with hardware, mechanical, and software teams. You shape multi-gigabit Ethernet switches, PoE solutions, and gateway products while ensuring smooth integration across subsystems. Your role combines technical leadership with hands-on design reviews, validation planning, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable, scalable networking hardware.
