* Lead and develop a growing team of Product Designers through coaching, mentorship, and career development
 * Own Product Design hiring strategy and lead recruiting efforts to build a world-class design organization
 * Establish and refine design processes across product discovery, validation, and delivery
 * Drive the evolution of Bubble's design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and usability across the platform
 * Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to shape long-term product vision and user experience strategy
 * Conduct user research and leverage customer insights to improve product direction and feature development
 * Guide teams through design exploration, prototyping, testing, and iterative refinement
 * Balance user needs, design excellence, and business priorities while making strategic product decisions
 * Foster a collaborative, high-performing design culture that enables the organization to scale effectively
