In addition to performing hands-on automation work using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio, this role applies broader business judgment, organizational knowledge, and stakeholder influence to evaluate process needs, shape practical solutions, and guide responsible adoption within established governance, security, and operational control standards. This position does not develop machine learning models, train AI models, or own enterprise AI platform architecture. When solutions require advanced engineering, integrations, enterprise architecture, or capabilities beyond defined business-unit guardrails, the role helps coordinate with Technology, Data, Engineering, or other centralized teams.
