This is an operations-focused role, not an architecture or design position. The ideal candidate will spend the majority of their time working directly on the platform-logging into servers, troubleshooting issues, maintaining systems, coordinating with vendors, and resolving production issues., * Provide hands-on operational support and maintenance for Linux-based platforms. * Support the underlying NoSQL database infrastructure and troubleshoot database/platform issues. * Investigate production incidents by reviewing system behavior, logs, configurations, and infrastructure. * Log into servers directly to diagnose and resolve technical issues. * Partner with database, infrastructure, application, and vendor teams to resolve complex problems. * Work with vendors to identify root causes and implement recommended solutions. * Perform platform maintenance, upgrades, enhancements, and operational changes. * Manage incidents, service requests, and technical tasks through Jira. * Help maintain platform stability, availability, and performance. * Contribute to automation and operational improvements where applicable.
