ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and enterprise teams. * Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and IT staff development. * Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in healthcare IT. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field required, or 7+ years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree required. ## Description * Serve as the primary liaison between hospital leadership and enterprise IT, ensuring local needs are represented in system-wide planning and that enterprise strategies are effectively implemented at the facility level. * Participate in enterprise governance councils and contribute to the development and enforcement of data governance, cybersecurity, and technology standards. * Lead the hospital's IT strategic planning process, aligning technology initiatives with both hospital and enterprise goals. * Operational Excellence & Service Delivery + Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and support services, ensuring high availability and performance of clinical and business systems. + Implement and monitor IT service management processes, incident response, and change management in accordance with enterprise policies. + Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH) and participate in audits, inspections, and accreditation processes. + Project & Change Management + Lead or support enterprise IT initiatives at the hospital, including but not limited to EHR upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, digital transformation efforts, and initiatives to reduce technical debt within the hospital's data center;
