Preferred Qualifications * Proven experience logging, tracking, and managing user support tickets through to resolution. * Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot workstation OS, hardware peripherals, and basic network connectivity. * Experience supporting healthcare, pharmacy, or clinical technology environments. * Knowledge of Frameworks and Docutrack Pharmscript Applications. ## Description As an Associate Tech Support Analyst on the Pharmscript Support team, you will provide critical Level 1 technical support and issue resolution across specialized pharmacy technology environments. In this role, you will support custom applications including the Billing App, DOSIS App, and MTS Robot App, while ensuring key hardware and specialized printing systems (Canon, Zebra, and Tharo printers) function seamlessly.
