## About the Role

* 2-4 years of Scrum Master experience with a consulting or professional services firm
 * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to organize, motivate and communicate with teams.
 * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
 * Experience with product and/or software development processes
 * Certified Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
 * Understanding of resource management including human, financial, and other asset-based resources.
 * Strong preference for familiarity with Agile methodology including knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) and project tools like Asana.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience with IT projects
 * Experience working in Entrepreneurial and Startup environments

## Description

The ideal candidate will provide oversight to projects during their full lifecycle. The Scrum Master will interact with internal stakeholders as a means of providing regular updates on IT project's performance, schedules, and resources. The Scrum Master also needs to be able to work autonomously and adapt to an evolving work structure., * Be the scrum master for all internal project teams

 * Provide scrum and project reports to upper management
 * Perform Stakeholder Management
 * Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
 * Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
 * Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources
 * Delegate project tasks to employees who are best positioned to complete them
 * Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
 * Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
 * Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
 * Ensure resource availability and allocation
 * Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
 * Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
 * Plan sprints and tasks in Jira
 * Work with the required project management tools including Jira and Asana
