* 3+ years of experience in data engineering, software development, analytics, or a related technical field.
 * 1-2+ years of hands-on Palantir Foundry development experience.
 * Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
 * Experience with Palantir Foundry, Ontology, Pipeline Builder, Workshop, Contour, or Quiver.
 * Experience with data integration, data modeling, and data pipelines.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
 * Active Secret Clearance required.
 * Ability to work onsite at Fort Belvoir, Virginia., * Experience with Palantir AIP and AI/LLM-enabled workflows.
 * Palantir Foundry certification or formal Palantir training.
 * Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
 * Familiarity with DevOps/CI/CD and enterprise security frameworks.
 * Experience supporting U.S. Government, defense, or intelligence missions.

## Description

* Develop applications and operational workflows using Palantir Workshop, Slate, and AIP.
 * Build and optimize data pipelines using Pipeline Builder, Python, PySpark, and SQL.
 * Design and maintain Palantir Ontology objects, relationships, properties, and actions.
 * Integrate data from APIs, databases, files, and other enterprise sources.
 * Develop dashboards and analytical products using Workshop, Contour, and Quiver.
 * Perform data analysis, data quality checks, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
 * Collaborate with analysts, engineers, mission users, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
 * Provide user training, technical documentation, and mentorship.
 * Apply security, access-control, data governance, and software development standards.
 * Evaluate and implement new Palantir capabilities, including AIP and AI/LLM-enabled workflows.
