This is a hands-on functional role focused on translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, troubleshooting complex system and integration issues, and supporting enhancements from configuration through testing and deployment. The ideal candidate brings deep SAP OTC expertise, strong cross-functional knowledge, and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders., * 5+ years of hands-on SAP OTC configuration and solution delivery experience * Strong SAP experience across: * Sales & Distribution (SD) * CRM * Rebates * Contract Management * Pricing * Billing * Strong understanding of rebate processing, pricing, billing, and contract management * Experience with OTC integration points involving FI/CO, MM, and Supply Chain * Ability to interpret SAP data structures and troubleshoot system interfaces * Hands-on ABAP debugging/analysis experience * Experience creating detailed functional and technical specifications * Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills * Working knowledge of IT change control and validation procedures * Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications * Experience with SAP S/4 RISE * Experience supporting SAP implementations or major system enhancements * Background in large-scale process redesign or transformation projects * Experience working with external SAP vendors and consultants Education * Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience * 5+ years of relevant SAP OTC functional experience in a cross-functional environment Why This Role?
