Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # TELECOMMUTE Database Administrator - SAP Basis HANA - **Company:** TWO95 International, Inc - **Location:** United States (Remote available) - **Experience:** Expert - **Contract:** Temporary to permanent - **Skills:** SAP Cloud, Microsoft Access, Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), Proxy Servers, Cloud Computing, Information Systems, Databases, Computer Engineering, Disaster Recovery, Domain Name System (DNS), SAP ERP, SAP NetWeaver, Network Architecture, Performance Tuning, SAP (Applications), SAP HANA, SAP Solution Manager, Systems Integration, Virtual Hosting, Load Balancing, Cloud Platform System, System Availability, SAP Business Technology Platform, Firewalls (Computer Science), Information Technology, SAP S/4HANA - **Published:** August 14, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.dice.com/job-detail/8eed9a58-5551-4f7f-ad9c-581bc7ac708e ## About the Role * Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HANA database administration and SAP Basis support. * Strong experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Connector, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SDI/Data Provisioning Agent integrations. * SAP HANA, SAP Basis, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, or SAP Analytics Cloud certifications are strongly preferred. * Master's degree preferred. ## Description * Prefer 10+ years of experience supporting SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Basis, and cloud-connected SAP applications in enterprise environments. * Provide operational support for highly available SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA landscapes, including system administration, monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. * Perform SAP HANA installation, revision upgrades, backup and recovery, system replication administration, tenant database management, user and role administration, security hardening, and system copy or refresh activities using HDB backup and recovery methods. * Support SAP NetWeaver ABAP and S/4HANA administration, including kernel and support package maintenance, transport management, client administration, background jobs, RFC connections, spool administration, and application availability checks. * Administer and troubleshoot SAP Cloud Connector, including subaccount configuration, high availability, certificates, trust relationships, access control mappings, virtual host and port configuration, and connectivity between on-premise or private cloud systems and SAP BTP services. * Support SAP Analytics Cloud connectivity and integrations with SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA, including live connections, import connections, agent connectivity, authentication, certificates, and end-to-end troubleshooting. * Configure, operate, and troubleshoot SAP HANA Smart Data Integration and Smart Data Access, including Data Provisioning Agent installation and upgrades, remote source configuration, flowgraphs, replication tasks, subscriptions, adapters, and replication monitoring. * Diagnose SDI replication latency, failed tasks, connectivity issues, certificate problems, source or target database errors, and data consistency issues;
