You'll drive incident, change, and problem processes, partner with cross-functional IT teams, and manage budgets and vendor relationships. You'll shape the operational maturity by implementing automation and runbooks, improving availability and reducing MTTR. This role combines leadership with hands-on engineering in a large, mission-driven financial services environment.
