## About the Role

* 5+ years of technical program/project management experience in SW and Service Operations
 * Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
 * Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile development teams (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
 * Analytical mindset plus the ability to develop processes to address operational challenges, automating whenever possible
 * Strong interpersonal skills; capable of influencing others without formal authority
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop materials for an executive audience
 * Ability to travel at least once per quarter for cross-office collaboration

Nice to Haves:

 * Background in space industry, tech startups, organizations building both hardware and software solutions
 * Previous experience working with an international team across time zones
 * Experience in product management or working closely with product teams
 * Experience with Python or automation/scripting in software engineering environments and metric generation

## Description

* Support Cloud, Test and Space Infrastructure teams in workload management, program delivery and cross-functional coordination
 * Support on-call scheduling across global timezones
 * Own the ways of working within the Infrastructure team and ensure our processes are followed and aligned to necessary standards
 * Manage internal Risk register and escalation as appropriate to program and cross-functional deliveries
