Preferred Qualifications * Proficiency in Bash, PowerShell, or Python for automation. * Strong proficiency with regular expressions. * Experience with IBM SevOne Network Performance Manager, Broadcom AppNeta, or comparable observability platforms. * Experience using source-control platforms and development workflows. * Working knowledge of Ansible and Ansible playbooks. * Intermediate knowledge of KQL, T-SQL, or comparable data-retrieval languages. * Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices. * Exposure to commercially available artificial intelligence platforms. * Experience connecting network telemetry with AI-enabled workflows for performance monitoring, capacity management, or security use cases. ## Description You will support the operation and reliability of enterprise network observability platforms that ingest and analyze network telemetry. You will maintain Linux- and Windows-based systems, primarily supporting Syslog-NG and Trapd, while troubleshooting incidents, performing upgrades and patching, planning system capacity, and improving operational efficiency through automation. You will also partner with network and security engineers to analyze traffic patterns, resource utilization, system performance, and security events in a large-scale enterprise environment., * Administer and operate Linux and Windows virtual machines hosted in a cloud environment. * Maintain compliance with established security, configuration, and operational standards. * Operate and support network observability platforms, with a primary focus on Syslog-NG and Trapd. * Plan and execute operating system, application, and security upgrades and patching. * Investigate automated alerts, customer-reported incidents, and platform performance issues. * Troubleshoot complex network observability configurations, software applications, and operating systems. * Create and maintain processing rules using regular expressions. * Support enterprise network performance and application monitoring platforms. * Assist network and security engineers with analyzing traffic patterns, network telemetry, and resource utilization. * Conduct system capacity planning and recommend improvements to support scalability and reliability. * Automate recurring operational tasks using Bash, PowerShell, or Python. * Deploy, configure, and manage cloud services with an emphasis on reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency. * Implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, source control, and infrastructure as code. * Perform business continuity and disaster recovery failover testing when required. * Manage assigned projects and program components according to established objectives and timelines. * Participate in daily stand-ups and collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and deliver work. * Participate in an on-call rotation and provide timely incident response. * Deliver strong compliance, incident-resolution, and project-delivery outcomes., Artificial Intelligence * Big Data * Healthtech * Information Technology * Machine Learning * Software * Analytics Leads complex cybersecurity due diligence programs across mergers, acquisitions, and integrations.
