The role emphasizes Snowflake, SSIS, and .NET (C# / Blazor), with ownership for performance, scalability, and technical leadership. The team values reliable office attendance aligned to a 4 days onsite and 1 day remote schedule. Candidates should be able to support existing SSIS environments, lead solution design, and collaborate in Agile teams while leveraging AI-assisted development responsibly. This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance., * 5+ years of development experience with a data and integration focus. * Strong Snowflake expertise for integrations and data movement. * Prior SSIS experience with the ability to support existing environments. * 5+ years of C# and .NET experience, including Blazor or ability to transition from Angular. * 5+ years of ETL experience across Snowflake, SQL Server, and SSIS. * 5+ years of Microsoft Azure development, including Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Repos, and Azure Pipelines. * Strong SQL and data modeling skills. * Experience working in Agile environments on Scrum or Kanban teams. * Proven leadership and mentoring ability. * Familiarity with AI tools and responsible use to support coding and problem-solving.
