## Description

An Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, Cisco Phones and peripherals. Deploy operating systems, software applications, antivirus tools, and updates. Perform imaging, provisioning, and decommissioning of devices, Hardware and Software Management: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Collaboration and Documentation: Work with IT teams and vendors to resolve escalated issues, maintain accurate ticketing records, and document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting step
Cisco Phone Setup
Configure and deploy Cisco IP desk phones.
Add and update user extensions in the phone system.
Test voice lines and fix call quality issues.
Patch network cables and check port settings.
Shipping Tasks
Pack broken or extra hardware safely.
Create labels and process packages using UPS.
