While not directly responsible for project delivery, this role provides comprehensive portfolio-level oversight, focusing on the strategic health and successful progression of all constituent programs and their projects. The Portfolio Manager is instrumental in guiding programs to ensure adherence to standard processes and methodologies, advising on actions related to risk and issue management, and effectively controlling constraints across the portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of work flows, implementation time lines, and in-depth project management philosophy and practical experience.
