The Team, Required:

 * Bachelor's degree
 * Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Secret clearance for this role
 * 3+ years of experience supporting SAP data migration, data conversion, or data management activities
 * 3+ years experience profiling, cleansing, mapping, and transforming data from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA
 * 3+ years experience in one of the following areas:
 * Migrating employee lifecycle data, including worker master data, organizational assignments, compensation, time, benefits, and human resources infotypes or objects
 * Migrating asset lifecycle data, including fixed assets, asset master records, capitalization details, depreciation attributes, and retirement history
 * Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
 * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

## Description

As a Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation on the SAP business transformation services team, you will be responsible for:

 * Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration activities, including data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, conversion, and validation
 * Partner with business and technical teams to define source-to-target requirements and resolve data quality issues across migration cycles
 * Migrate employee lifecycle data, including worker master data, organizational assignments, compensation, time, benefits, and human resources infotypes or objects
 * Migrate asset lifecycle data, including fixed assets, asset master records, capitalization details, depreciation attributes, and retirement history
 * Execute reconciliation, testing, and cutover readiness activities to help ensure migrated data aligns with business, finance, controlling, compliance, payroll, and reporting requirements, * Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for government or public sector clients
 * Experience supporting human capital management and finance data domains within the same migration program
 * Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution across testing cycles
