Requirements * 4+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration. * Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 - user/email account management, access control, basic troubleshooting. * Experience working with JIRA or a similar ticketing/work-tracking tool. * Comfortable communicating directly with external vendors on technical and account matters. * Basic understanding of testing/QA practices - able to execute test cases and document issues clearly. * Experience with AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code is preferred. * Strong organizational skills and follow-through; comfortable managing multiple concurrent requests. * Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable working directly with developers on technical issues., * Exposure to the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). * Exposure to Dynamics 365 CRM or another CRM platform. * Interest in growing into more hands-on development or scripting work over time., * 1. If so, please describe your experience. ## Description This is a technical, hands-on role, not a helpdesk-only position. You'll be the first point of contact for IT support and vendor issues, and you'll work directly alongside our developers - supporting testing, catching issues early, and picking up technical work as your capacity and skills grow.
