## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you'll shape Mercury's data foundation to empower analytics, AI, and operational systems. You'll lead a senior data engineering team, set a long-term data platform strategy, and build reusable data products and semantic models that make data easy to discover and trust. You'll establish reliability, governance, and privacy foundations while partnering with engineering, product, security, and infra leaders to accelerate decision-making. This is a high-impact opportunity to enable data-driven product development at scale.
