Preferred Qualifications - Competency with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or R. Ability to present complex information in engaging and easily comprehensible formats, e.g. data visualization, appropriate use of charts, etc. - Experience with statistical analysis and interpretation. - Skills in and experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, such as surveys, interviews, or focus groups. - Experience conducting user experience research and testing. - Experience in academic libraries and knowledge of assessment tools in academic libraries. - Displays curiosity and enthusiasm around data analysis and interpretation. - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills. - Experience leading project teams; ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Big Query, or Microsoft Clarity - Online survey tools such as Qualtrics - R - Python - User Experience methods and tools Working Conditions - Office environment. Physical Demands - Sedentary work: sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary; walking and standing are required only occasionally. This position will work both on campus and remotely in Texas. Applicants selected must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the United States by time of hire. ## Description The User Experience and Assessment Coordinator will promote user-centered thinking within the organization, ensuring that the user's perspectives are central to all decision-making processes. In this role, you will be a data evangelist, communicating data in ways that are impactful and inspired.
