## About the Role

* 5+ years hands-on Salesforce, deep in declarative development and admin across complex environments.
 * Experience with customized or multi-instance environments.
 * Direct experience with Practifi, Financial Services Cloud, or a comparable financial services platform on Salesforce.
 * Experience leading admins, implementation specialists, or outside developers.
 * Proven delivery of client-facing implementations on committed timelines.

Preferred

 * Wealth management, RIA, or fintech experience; Salesforce Advanced Admin / Platform App Builder certification.
 * Apex, LWC, or API/custom integration experience.
 * Experience leading data migrations and system conversions.

## Description

* Architect, configure, and support multiple customized Salesforce instances; design scalable CRM solutions balancing firm-specific needs with platform standards.
 * Build automation and functionality via Flow, custom objects, validation rules, Lightning pages, reports, and dashboards; extend with custom development where needed.
 * Build and maintain CRM integrations; lead data migrations (export, transformation, validation, loading, reconciliation).
 * Lead CRM onboarding and system conversion projects from scope to production.
 * Scope requests, plan and oversee the implementation team, and own QA and release standards.
 * Manage external Salesforce vendors to scope, timeline, quality, and budget; track risks and communicate status.
 * Maintain documentation standards; mentor Implementation Specialists and grow the CRM capability.
