Ways to stand out from the crowd: * Experience leading FAEs or technical teams through rack-scale system NPI, validation, or production ramp. * Background with ODM/manufacturing partner engagement. * Experience with factory readiness, rack integration, deployment issue triage, or large-scale infrastructure rollout. * Strong familiarity with NVIDIA GPU, networking, and rack-scale infrastructure. ## Description NVIDIA is seeking a Field Application Engineering Manager to lead technical execution for rack-scale AI system integration through ODM and manufacturing partner ecosystems. This leader will manage and develop FAEs supporting partner integration, validation, launch readiness, escalation management, and production ramp. The role requires strong technical depth, people leadership, and the ability to coordinate across NVIDIA engineering, architecture, program, account, and partner-facing teams. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, combining people leadership with hands-on technical judgment. Excellent communication skills, independent execution, and the ability to build repeatable operating rhythms across complex partner integration work are essential.
