## About the Role

* BS degree and two (2) years experience; Four (4) years experience can be considered in lieu of degree, * Understanding basic configuration management principles and practices
 * Skilled with CM tools for status accounting and baseline management
 * Experience in CM plans, baselines, and change control processes for complex hardware and software systems
 * Show knowledge of the engineering change process, including ECPs, RFDs, and NORs
 * Experience in conducting and documenting FCAs and PCAs
 * Familiarity with DoD data management systems such as DITPR

 * Active TS/SCI

## Description

The Configuration Analyst will be supporting the Naval Information Warfare Center - Atlantic (NIWC LANT) and U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) programs., * Support the CM Lead in establishing and maintaining a CM process for controlling hardware, software, documentation, media, and parts

 * Identify, document, and verify the functional, performance, and physical characteristics of systems and their interfaces
 * Support stakeholders in managing change control processes, including Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Requests for Deviation (RFD), and Notices of Revision (NOR)
 * Assist the Configuration Management Lead in planning, conducting, and documenting Functional Configuration Audits (FCAs) and Physical Configuration Audits (PCA) to ensure system compliance and accuracy
 * Manage and maintain hardware and software configuration data using government systems, such as the DoD IT Portfolio Repository (DITPR)
