* 5+ years of experience developing software using C# and .NET.
 * Strong Experience with variable-based dynamic CSS, including CSS custom properties and runtime styling.
 * Proven ability to design consistent, configurable, and reusable Blazor UI controls
 * Experience developing RESTful web APIs.
 * Strong understanding of software design adhering to SOLID principles.
 * Experience with application security best practices.
 * Proficiency in Dapper or Entity ORM includes mapping, multi-mapping, and stored Procedure integration.
 * Telerik experience would be preferred but not required

## Description

* Participate in development planning meetings, design software solutions, implement code, review team contributions, and thoroughly test software changes.
 * Perform analysis, design, development, and ongoing maintenance of web-based, data-driven applications.
 * Develop custom software solutions that meet client and user needs.
 * Maintain and support existing application systems.
 * Integrate third-party software components.
