## Description

* Discovery and requirements: Lead technical discovery sessions with product owners and program stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate solution options, and recommend best-fit approaches.
 * Design and engineering: Lead integration designs, blueprinting and configuration strategies.
 * Development: Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and system integrations following established engineering practices and platform governance.
 * Release management readiness: Review Salesforce Spring, Summer, and Winter release notes to identify breaking changes, deprecations, new settings, and feature impacts. Assessing platform updates affect existing systems and integrations.
 * AI-enablement: Apply AI-driven approaches to enhance Salesforce solutions, including identifying practical use cases, incorporating intelligent automation, and ensuring responsible and compliant use of emerging technologies.
