Individuals must be legally authorized to work in the US at the start of employment without a need for current or future visa sponsorship Salary Range: $55,000 - $72,000 depending on years of experience and credentials, Associate of Science of Computer Science (preferred) ## Description * Work with end users to identify and deliver required service levels. * Construct, install, configure, test and maintain customized configurations based on various platforms and operating systems. * Collaborate with support technicians and specialists to ensure efficient operation of the company's computing environment. * Monitor and maintain on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex problems for a variety of end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off-site repair as needed. * Assist in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future systems needs. * Support implementation of new projects and new installations. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware, software and equipment contracts and supervise contract-based installations. * If necessary, liaise with third-party support and vendors. * Aid in development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans, maintain current knowledge of plan executables, and respond to crises in accordance with business continuity and disaster recovery plans. * Other duties as assigned., Bolton & Menk does not accept unsolicited resumes from individual recruiters or third-party agencies in response to Bolton & Menk job postings.
